Three Bridges

Description
Fall views of three bridges in the Hudson Valley. The 2,255-foot Bear Mountain Bridge over the Hudson River, briefly the world’s longest suspension bridge when completed in 1924; the Popolopen Creek Railroad Bridge, part of the historic West Shore Railroad line; and the Popolopen Creek Footbridge, a 2002 suspension pedestrian bridge built where a Revolutionary War pontoon bridge once connected Forts Montgomery and Clinton.
